When booking your Ombre or Powder brow appointment online, our policy regarding previous permanent makeup is as follows:

​

If you have had any previous permanent makeup done in the past (not done by Rachel), this includes microblading or any kind of brow tattoo; even very faded or old work, you MUST send us clear photos with no makeup and good lighting, PRIOR to booking yourself in.

​

Not all work can be covered or fixed, and in the event that you arrive to your scheduled appointment without disclosing that you have existing eyebrow work- you may be turned away and forfeit your deposit/be charged a cancellation fee.
